Getting Help with the MGX AI Bot

To enhance the self-service experience, the MGX documentation site now features an integrated AI Bot Assistant. If you encounter any issues while using MGX, you can quickly search documentation, browse frequently asked questions, or chat directly with the AI Bot for personalized support through the Help Center.

How to use it:

• Click the AI Bot chat box in the center of the page to open the conversation window
• Enter your question in the input field
• Click the send button or press Enter to submit your question
• The AI will respond within 1–2 seconds, along with relevant documentation links
• You can continue to ask follow-up questions and multi-turn conversation is supported

Note: The AI Bot does not retain conversation history. Once the window is closed, all session content will be cleared. To ask new questions, simply reopen the chat window.
