If you are a user accessing MGX from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of MGX, which is governed by U.S. Law, this Privacy Policy, and MGX's Terms of Service, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

MGX prioritizes the security of your data. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
